- FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2007 · Friday night, September 14th, will represent week 21 of 23 for Stafford Motor Speedway’s NASCAR Whelen All-American Series divisions. This night will be the 20th of 21 consecutive weeks of Friday night NASCAR racing at Stafford Motor Speedway. · Main events will commence at approximately 7:30pm following qualifying events. Qualifying events will begin at 6:15PM. Spectator gates open at 5:15PM. All times and schedules are tentative and subject to change. · Total posted awards for the September 14th NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events are over $18,000. · Stafford Motor Speedway’s handicapping system will be in effect. Drivers who qualify for the feature via their heat race will be assigned main event starting positions based upon money won from the previous three events. Any driver not qualifying through heat races, must qualify via a consolation race. · Keith Rocco (SK Modified®), Dillon Moltz (Late Model), Chris Matthews (SK Light), Andrew Durand (Limited Late Model), and Dan Flannery (DARE Stock) were the most recent feature winners from the September 7th NASCAR Whelen All-American Series feature events at Stafford Motor Speedway. · Stafford Motor Speedway’s next event will be Friday, September 21, The Final Friday Night Shoot-Out. Stafford’s SK Modifieds® will run 40 green flag laps, the Late Models will run 30 green flag laps, the SK Lights will run 20 green flag laps, the Limited Late Models will run 20 green flag laps, and the DARE Stocks will run15 green flag laps. SK MODIFIED® DIVISION NOTEBOOK · Friday night, September 14th will represent race 18 of 20 for Stafford Motor Speedway’s NASCAR SK Modified® division. The race will mark the division’s 458th race at SMS since its inception in 1982. · Keith Rocco’s feature win on September 7th was the 4th of his career at Stafford Motor Speedway. The race will represent the 354th Late Model feature to be run at SMS. · Dillon Moltz’s feature win on September 7th was the first Late Model feature win of his career at SMS.
