34th ANNUAL COORS LIGHT SK MODIFIED® 100 - FRIDAY, JULY 20, 2007
NASCAR WHELEN ALL-AMERICAN SERIES NOTEBOOK

· Friday night, July 20th, will represent week 13 of 23 for Stafford Motor Speedway's NASCAR Whelen All-American Series divisions. This night will be the 12th of 21 consecutive weeks of Friday night NASCAR racing at Stafford Motor Speedway.

· Main events will commence at approximately 7:30pm following qualifying events. Qualifying events will begin at 6:15PM. Spectator gates open at 5:15PM. All times and schedules are tentative and subject to change.

· Total posted awards for the July 20th NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events are over $23,000.

· Stafford Motor Speedway's handicapping system will be in effect. Drivers who qualify for the feature via their heat race will be assigned main event starting positions based upon money won from the previous three events. Any driver not qualifying through heat races, must qualify via a consolation race.

· Keith Rocco (SK Modified®), Glen Reen (SK Light), Andrew Durand (Limited Late Model), and Carla Botticello (DARE Stock) were the most recent feature winners from the July 13th Town Fair Tire Summer Heat feature events at Stafford Motor Speedway.

· Stafford Motor Speedway's next event will be Friday, July 27th, a NASCAR Whelen All-American Series event. Stafford's SK Modifieds® will run 40 green flag laps, the Late Models will run 30 green flag laps, the SK Lights will run 20 green flag laps, the Limited Late Models will run 20 green flag laps, and the DARE Stocks will run 15 green flag laps. The Late Model feature from Friday, July 13th will also be resumed from lap-3.

SK MODIFIED® DIVISION NOTEBOOK

· Friday night, July 20th will represent race 11 of 21 for Stafford Motor Speedway's NASCAR SK Modified® division. The race will mark the division's 451st race at SMS since its inception in 1982.

· Keith Rocco's feature win on July 13th was the 3rd of his career at Stafford Motor Speedway. Rocco's three career feature wins places him in a 4-way tie for 33rd place on the all-time SK Modified® feature winners list.

· Ted Christopher remains the only driver to have recorded top-10 finishes in each of the first 10 events of the 2007 season.

· In 10 SK Modified® feature evens run to date, there has been 7 different winners: Lloyd Agor (4/29), Frank Ruocco (5/4, 6/8), Keith Rocco (5/11, 7/13), Bo Gunning (5/25), Woody Pitkat (6/1, 6/15), Zach Sylvester (6/29), and Ted Christopher (7/6). 17 different drivers have recorded a top-5 finish, and 23 different drivers have recorded a top-10 finish.

· Scoring season best finishes on Friday night, July 13th were: Keith Rocco (1st), and Ronnie Silk (5th).

· 2007 Reliable Welding & Speed SK Modified® rookie class watch from July 13th: Fran Siana finished 13th, Richie Pallai, Jr. finished 18th, Jim Smith finished 19th, Donald Drisland finished 20th, and Shelly Perry finished 22nd.

· Stafford Motor Speedway's SK Modified® division is the track's premier weekly NASCAR division. Hence it is designated as the track's NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Feature Division.

LATE MODEL DIVISION NOTEBOOK

· Friday night, July 20th, will represent race 10 of 21 for Stafford Motor Speedway's NASCAR Late Model division. The race will represent the 346th Late Model feature to be run at SMS.

· Mike O'Sullivan's feature win on July 6th was the first Late Model feature win of his career at SMS. O'Sullivan becomes the 64th different driver to have scored a Late Model feature victory at Stafford Motor Speedway. O'Sullivan also has 4 career ProStock feature victories at Stafford.

· In 9 Late Model feature evens run to date, there has been 7 different winners: Corey Hutchings (4/29), Scott Foster, Jr. (5/4, 6/8), Tom Fearn (5/11, 6/29), Jim Peterson (5/25), Scott Cook (6/1), Ryan Posocco (6/15), and Mike O'Sullivan (6/7). 14 different drivers have recorded a top-5 finish, and 24 different drivers have recorded a top-10 finish.

· Scoring season best finishes on Friday night, July 6th were: Don Acker, Jr. (10th), Frank L'Etoile (24th), Steve McQuillan (8th), Mike O'Sullivan (1st), Jonathan Smith (12th), Billy Snow, III (14th), and David St. Amant (16th).

· 2007 Reliable Welding & Speed Late Model rookie class watch from July 6th: Corey Hutchings finished 4th, Doug Blowers, Jr. finished 11th, David St. Amant finished 16th, Mark St. Hilaire finished 23rd, Frank L'Etoile finished 24th, and Dillon Moltz finished 29th.

SK LIGHT MODIFIED DIVISION NOTEBOOK

· Friday night, July 20th, will represent race 11 of 21 for Stafford Motor Speedway's NASCAR SK Light Modified division. The race will represent the 28th SK Light Modified feature to be run at SMS.

· Glen Reen's feature win on July 13th was the 4th SK Light feature win of his career at SMS. Reen's 4 feature wins places him in third place on the all-time SK Lights feature winners list.

· In 10 SK Light feature evens run to date, there has been 5 different winners: Chris Matthews (4/28, 5/11, 5/25), Glen Reen (5/4, 6/29, 7/13), Brit Andersen (6/1, 7/6), Matt Gallo (6/8), and Glenn Griswold (6/15). 16 different drivers have recorded a top-5 finish, and 27 different drivers have recorded a top-10 finish.

· Scoring season best finishes on Friday night, July 13th were: Joe Allegro, Jr. (4th), Mark Bakaj (3rd), Keith Franklin (15th), Ray Griffen, Jr. (9th), George Nocera, Jr. (5th), and Glen Reen (1st).

· Andrew Durand's feature win on July 13th was the 14th Limited Late Model feature win of his career at SMS. Durand's 14 feature wins places him in a tie with Michael Bennett for first place on the all-time Limited Late Model feature winners list.

· In 10 Limited Late Model feature evens run to date, there has been 5 different winners: Rick Lanagan (4/28, 6/15, 6/29), Andrew Durand (5/4, 5/11, 6/8, 7/13), Michael Nadeau (5/25), Sean Foster (6/1), and Bill Davis (7/6). 14 different drivers have recorded a top-5 finish, and 20 different drivers have recorded a top-10 finish.

· Carla Botticello's feature win on July 13th was the 4th of her career at SMS. Botticello's 4 feature wins place her in a 10-way tie for 18th place on the all-time DARE Stock feature winners list.

· In 10 DARE Stock feature evens run to date, there has been 6 different winners: Jeff Jolly (4/28, 6/15), Norm Sears (5/4, 6/8), Bill Dunn (5/11, 7/6), Steve Berardi (5/25), Carla Botticello (6/1, 7/13), and Dean Casagrande (6/29). 18 different drivers have recorded a top-5 finish, and 23 different drivers have recorded a top-10 finish.
