DATE OF INFRACTION: 07/27/2012

RULES INFRACTION (S):                1.  Overaggressive driving into the 07 during the feature.

PENALTY (S):              1.  Removed from position held and sent to the rear of the field.

DIVISION: Dare Stock

RULES INFRACTION (S):                1.  Overaggressive driving into the 66 during the feature.

RULES INFRACTION (S):                1.  Conduct detrimental to the sport of auto racing. Driving into the 4 during a yellow.

PENALTY (S):                  1.  Removed from position held and parked for the remainder of the event.

                                       2.  Suspended from competition for the next scheduled event.

                                       3. $100.00 fine made payable to The Spalding Foundation,
                                           a fund for individuals injured in race-related accidents.

                                       4. Removed from handicap for next two events attended.

                                       5. Two weeks probation.

RULES INFRACTION (S):                1. Refused to present his car for technical inspection after the second 75-lap feature.

                                                      2. Changed numbers on his back-up car to gain a preferred handicap position for the                                                           second 75-lap feature.
                                               
PENALTY (S):                  1.  Disqualified from the second 75-lap feature.

                                       2. $200.00 fine made payable to The Spalding Foundation,
                                           a fund for individuals injured in race-related accidents.

                                       3. For next three races attended:
                                           Week one; must attempt to qualify through the heat and will start last in the feature.
                                           Week two and week three; removed from the handicap.
